We'd like to explain how patient financial services are
managed.
We provide coordinated physician charge processing, insurance
claim submission, insurance claim follow-up and self-pay
collections for the radiologists at The Breast Center of
Northwest Arkansas.

What we do for you
We work with you to ensure that insurance billing
is processed correctly. We collect your portion
or self-payment
and
apply it against your balance. We try
to present all your bills on one statement, whenever possible.
Our Patient Service Representatives are ready to assist you and
answer questions you may have in regards to your account.
What
we don't do
We do not gather medical information about you, obtain referrals
from your primary doctor or collect related documentation
for patient visits.
These
are handled
through the physician offices when you are scheduled to visit
The Breast Center.
When are we available
Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through
Friday (except holidays). |
